Terms & Conditions – Custom Design by Kosay Al-Rifa’i
By proceeding with this order, you agree to the following terms:
1. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All designs are the original artistic work of Kosay Al-Rifa’i and are protected by copyright law. These designs may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or used for any other purpose without prior written consent from the artist.
2. Design Options
This purchase includes up to two design options developed by Kosay. Any additional design revisions or new options requested will incur extra charges.
3. Production Timeline
The expected timeline to deliver the design is 3 to 5 working days from the date of order confirmation.
4. Non-Refundable Payment
Due to the bespoke nature of the designs, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
5. Personal Use Only
The commissioned design is for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Commercial use, reproduction, or resale is not permitted.

- Estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 days
- Free delivery within UAE
- Shipping within GCC is free of charge for orders above 1,500 AED
- Shipping costs are calculated according to your country at checkout
Return & Refunds
All Fabula Jewels pieces are custom-made to order; therefore we do not accept returns or refunds & exchange.
In exceptional circumstances where we have made a mistake or the item is faulty, we will arrange for the fixing of the item ensuring the item is corrected as per the order.

Jewelry Care
While all the pieces are made from solid 18k gold and precious stones they still require a little love and care.
- Make sure they are always packed separately because once in contact with other items they could get scratched or tangled.- For your jewelry to keep its shine you can clean your jewels at home using warm water, little soap and a very soft brush. Use the soapy water and gently scrub the piece with the soft brush.
- You can also try soaking your jewelry in warm water for a few hours then gently scrub them with a soft brush
- DON'T scrub pearls and avoid direct contact with perfumes and chemicals. They are very delicate and need to be cared for differently. Preferably to be taken to a professional jeweller to be cleaned.
